By accessing and using our website to book Seva Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, the Service Fulfillment Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. These terms govern Seva Sanatan's contractual relationship with you for the purchase of our services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Seva Sanatan and Our Services

Seva Sanatan is an organization that facilitates acts of selfless service ("Seva") on behalf of our users. We offer specific, time-bound Seva Fulfillment Services (e.g., cow feeding, bird feeding, etc.) for a published fee. Our role is to ensure the complete physical execution of the chosen service as per the user's booking details and date.

2. User Obligations and Conduct

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. You agree not to:

• Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive conduct.
• Post or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
• Interfere with the security of the website or its services.
• Use our platform to solicit or distribute unauthorized commercial or promotional content.

3. Service Fees and Payment

3.1 Service Fee: Payments made on this website are Service Fees for the fulfillment of the chosen Seva, not religious donations. These fees cover the cost of materials (feed, supplies, etc.), logistics, operational labor, and all expenses necessary to execute the service on your behalf.

3.2 Payment: All payments must be made using the payment methods available on the website. By submitting a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the payment information is accurate.

4. Service Fulfillment (Delivery)

4.1 Fulfillment: The purchased Seva will be executed by the Seva Sanatan team on the specific date and time slot selected by the user during the booking process.

4.2 Confirmation: Within 24 to 48 hours after the scheduled fulfillment date, we will send an electronic confirmation report (e.g., a photo or brief update) to the email address registered with your account as proof of service completion.

4.3 Disclaimer: Seva Sanatan guarantees the physical fulfillment of the Seva as described but makes no guarantees regarding any specific spiritual, religious, or personal outcome resulting from the service.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation Eligibility: You may request cancellation of a booked Seva Service provided the request is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date. Requests must be sent via email to (Our Dedicated Support Email, e.g., ,mysevasanatan@gmail.com) or via application using feedback/query menu option and include the Transaction ID.

5.2 Non-Refundable: Once the 48-hour window has passed, or once the Seva has been fulfilled and confirmed via the report (Section 4.2), the service fee becomes non-refundable.

5.3 Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seva Sanatan and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seva Sanatan and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use or inability to use the website or its services. We strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform but cannot guarantee it will be free from all errors or interruptions.
