Refund and Cancellation Policy
Seva Sanatan sells time-bound Seva Fulfillment Services. This policy governs the terms under which you may cancel a service booking and receive a refund. By completing a booking, you agree to the conditions set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation and Refund
We offer a full refund for a Service Fee under the following conditions:
- Timely Request: Cancellation requests must be received and processed by Seva Sanatan at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the Seva fulfillment.
- Service Non-Fulfillment: If, due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., logistical issues, resource shortages), Seva Sanatan is unable to fulfill the booked service on the scheduled date, a full refund will be initiated automatically, or you will be offered an option to reschedule.
- Discretionary Refunds: Seva Sanatan reserves the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis outside of the standard eligibility window, based on extraordinary circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
The service fee is considered non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Service Fulfilled: Once the Seva Service has been successfully executed on the scheduled date and the fulfillment confirmation report (e.g., photo/video evidence) has been sent to the user.
- Late Cancellation: If the cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment date, as resources for the service will have already been allocated.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Request Procedure: To request a cancellation, you must email your Transaction ID and booking details to (Our Dedicated Support Email, e.g., mysevasanatan@gmail.com).
3.2 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and initiated within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
3.3 Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment used during the booking process.
